The business park forms a large part of the Broughton Hall 3000 acre country estate. Broughton Hall dates back to 1597 and has belonged to the Tempest Baronet family for 900 years. It boasts spaces for product launches, filming, team building, meetings and corporate hospitality. It also provides suitable facilities for company conferences or private hire events.

PARKING

Secure, on-site car parking for employees is plentiful thanks to a main employee car park as well as multiple smaller parking areas throughout the business complex.

LOCATION

The estate itself is located 3.5 miles from the town of Skipton, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. The M65 is only a 20 minute drive via the A56 whilst the M66 linking to Manchester and beyond is 45 minutes away. Head in the opposite direction to find the A1 in 1 hour.

The nearest train link is found at Skipton railway station where half-hourly daytime services run to Leeds on the eastern line. On the western line there are several trains each day to Lancaster and even further afield, to Carlisle.
